Who we are

This site is operated by Just Ask Josh, based in Oranjestad, Aruba. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this website. To ask about your data, reach us on +297 733 2460 or at justaskjosharuba@gmail.com.

The booking form

When you send a booking enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the number of people travelling, the package you are interested in, your arrival date if you give one, and anything you write in the message box.

We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and arrange your booking. The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message in order to send it. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to manage your booking and our records. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Payments

No payment is taken on this website and we never ask for card details through the booking form. When your spots are confirmed we send a secure payment link, and your card or bank details are entered directly with the payment provider that handles that transaction. This site does not receive or store them.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before any such cookie is set.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will action it.
